Cuda-gdb hangs indefinitely

I experience this running on an A100 using RHEL8 in a podman container. I have a process that crashes (not necessarily because of CUDA issues. If I run it under cuda-gdb, it just hangs after the “New Thread” lines and doesn’t crash. Driver version 530.30.02, CUDA version 12.1

Thanks for providing these inputs and sorry for the late reply ! We recently released a new cuda toolkit https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-downloads. Please try it out and let us know if the issue still occurs. If so, we will follow up to try and resolve.
