[REQUIRED] Please fill in the following fields:

[REQUIRED] Please describe the issue here:

Can the Gradle version in the jar resolve configuration be upgraded? The version 5.1.1 is no longer supported for some libraries, such as androidx.annotation.annotation-experimental-1.4.0.aar, when importing the googleads-mobile-unity SDK. If the options “Enable Auto-Resolution” and “Enable Resolution On Build” are disabled in the configuration, and “Force Resolve” is used, an error will occur stating “annotation-experimental-1.4.0.aar Unsupported class file major version 61”

Hey @sixcube2025, thanks for reaching out. There seems to be a misunderstanding with EDM4U. The jar resolver is a tool that resolves conflicts in dependencies. It does not have a specific Gradle version, but rather relies on the Gradle version that your Unity Editor version has. In this case, you'll need to update your Unity Editor to a specific version to use the more recent Gradle version. Here's the documentation specifying which version of Gradle is available for each Unity Editor version.

I'll go ahead and close this thread. Thanks!
