[2.3.5-p2] GraphQl Special Price Ignore's special price from to dates. #29631

Preconditions (*)
- Magento 2.3.5-p2
Steps to reproduce (*)
- Create a product with a price of 100 and a special price of 50
- Set a special from date of 1-1-1999, set a special to date of 1-1-2000
- Run the following GraphQl query with the sku of the product created in step 1:

Expected result (*)
Final price and regular price are identical.
Actual result (*)
The Special from and to dates are never checked and thus the incorrect final price is returned.
