Unstable Book in section for [const_unreachable_unchecked](https://doc.rust-lang.org/nightly/unstable-book/library-features/const-unreachable-unchecked.html) leads to a closed issue https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/issues/53188 where that feature was proposed. Should it be reopened as a tracking issue until it is stabilized?
