We'll inspect your device to determine the final service fee. Estimated fees are for out-of-warranty service from Apple and may be subject to tax. A shipping fee may be added if we need to ship your device. Apple Authorized Service Providers can set their own service fees and will provide their own estimate.
Where can I get service?

In Person
You can get personal support at any Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider. Our trained technicians will inspect your AirPods, explain your options, and handle it from there.

By Mail
We can send you a prepaid shipping box with everything you need to securely mail your AirPods in for repair. Or if you lost an AirPod or case, we can send you a replacement.

Where can I find information about my repairs?
You can sign in to My Support or the Apple Support app with your Apple Account to get information about current or recent repairs.
What's covered under warranty?
The Apple Limited Warranty covers your device and all the Apple-branded accessories that come in the box with your product against manufacturing issues for one year from the date you bought them. Apple-branded accessories that are purchased separately, like adapters, cables, wireless chargers, or cases, are covered by the Apple Limited Warranty for Accessories. Our warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law in your country or region.
Our warranty doesn't cover accidental damage or batteries that wear down from normal use. If your situation isn't covered and consumer law doesn't apply, there will be a cost associated with repairs through Apple. If your issue is ineligible for service, you may need to pay the full value for a replacement device. Check your coverage status here.
Is there a service guarantee?
We guarantee our service and replacement parts for 90 days or the remaining term of your Apple warranty, whichever is longer, as outlined in our Apple Repair Terms and Conditions. This is in addition to your rights provided by consumer law. Equipment that Apple provides as part of the repair or replacement service may contain new or previously used genuine Apple parts that have been tested and pass Apple functional requirements.

Replace a lost AirPod
Did you lose an AirPod or your Charging Case? You can buy a replacement for a left or right AirPod or the Charging Case. Your replacement will be new.

Battery service
We can replace your AirPods battery for a service fee. Our warranty doesn’t cover batteries that wear down from normal use.
How much will it cost?
You can replace a single AirPod (left or right AirPod) or a Charging Case for a fee. Apple Authorized Service Providers can set their own fees, so find one near you to get an estimate.
Warranty
