Issues with .netlify/images service: "blurhash" not working

blurhash images stopped working suddenly, the problem is reproducable using the following links:

Yesterday, everything worked fine. Is there some sort of quota reached?

The response of the non-working example changed to a 500 response with a text like that Internal Error. ID: XXX. But the error still persists. What can I do about it?

Thank you! Just out of curiosity, what was the problem? Was it domain specific or a general one?
