I have a custom domain connected to my project hosted on Netlify. The DNS is fully functional, and the SSL certificate was correctly issued by Let’s Encrypt — I’ve even tried manually renewing the certificate through the dashboard.
Despite that, I’m still getting the ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR across all browsers, devices, and networks, even after more than 10 hours. I’ve tested using public DNS, incognito mode, and mobile data — same result.
The HTTPS status in the dashboard shows as “enabled,” but the site remains inaccessible externally. Could you please check if there’s any issue with the SSL provisioning or CDN sync?
