How to list words alphabetically within a folder?

Modified on Mon, 16 Sep, 2024 at 7:56 PM

There are two options for listing words within a folder - Default Arrangement and Alphabetical order (A-Z).

Scanning a folder alphabetically helps early readers and communication partners with speed and ease when modeling. Since pragmatic word organization might not suit every user, the system is easily customizable for everyone.

To make it in Alphabetical order, follow these steps:

  1. Open the folder
  2. Tap Menu.

  3. Tap Edit words.

  4. Tap Folder options on the top right corner.

  5. Select Alphabetical order (A-Z).

The items of the folder will be arranged in alphabetical order.

Note:

  1. Alphabetical order only applies to words and messages, not folders.
  2. When a folder is set to alphabetical order, you can't manually add or move words, since they're automatically sorted by the first letter.
  3. When you try to move words in Edit Mode, a popup will appear saying, 'Folder arrangement is set to ALPHABETICAL order.'
