I hope you’re doing well.
I’m currently setting up OAuth integration for Freshsales in the Developer Portal using my account: [email protected]
However, when I attempt to create OAuth credentials after selecting the required scopes, I receive the following error message:
“An error occurred while creating OAuth credentials. Please try again.”
I’ve attached a screenshot for your reference showing the selected scopes and the error message.
Could you please help me identify what’s causing this issue and how I can proceed to generate the Client ID and Client Secret successfully?
