Can't Install Arduino Create Agent on Windows 7 machine

I am also getting the following error when I try to install the plugin on my Windows 7 Pro Dell Optiplex 7010.

There has been an error.
Error trying to install file: destination ${windows_folder_startup}
resolved to an empty value
The application will exit now.

I changed the location from the default install folder and it did not make a difference. I do have admin privileges on my machine.

You asked for a screen cast from someone on another thread. I will have to figure out how to do that if you need it.

I did a little more digging and found the Arduino Create Agent folder installed in the User Admin set of folders. I don't normally operate logged in as Admin but as a normal user. So I decided to install the Create Agent into the same AppData folder but in the user folder where I normally operate. This time I got passed the error message but got this warning message. Before I continue I want to be assured that this is normal and acceptable. I have X'd out the last 24 digits of the number since I don't know if sharing that would also be a security risk. I can share it if it is required for your answer.

The certificate installation is fine and a normal part of the install.
You should have clicked ok to continue.

Please remember to reinstall the plugin from the Getting Started flow after a while, so you can get all the updates that we will publish.
