Install error on university desktop

Hello!

I'm trying to install the arduino create plugin on Windows 10 for my university computer. In order to install software on these computers I need to request temp admin access, which I have already done. I open the executable, enter the temp admin credentials, accept the agreement, assign the installation path (C:\Users\engrla\AppData\Roaming\ArduinoCreateAgent-1.1), and then I get the following error:

"Error trying to install file: destination ${windows_folder_startup} resolved to an empty value
The application will exit now"

The folder 'engrla' in the installation path corresponds to the admin on this computer. I've tried changing that to my designated folder and checked to make sure there is a 'startup' folder in that path, but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sometimes the install is better done with full administrator privileges.
This is above a simple user with admin rights.

Also differing network policies may also cause additional issues as some ports need to be made available to the plugin.

As nobody can know how the security is set up from this side of the screen so it is often better that you have your IT department deal with it directly as they will be able to help you more than we can.

Be aware also that some antivirus or similar software can also cause more issues and for that the plugin needs to be added to an exclusions list.

Bob.
