    Hello,

I followed the guide "tutorial/installing-a-web-email-and-mysql-database-cluster-on-debian-8.4-with-ispconfig-3/2/" to create a failover with two servers MASTER AND SLAVE.

The problem I am having is that the replication finds duplicate records. Currently the server is idle and it still finds duplicates.

Why is this happening and how to fix it?

It doesn't make sense that daily we have to be repairing replication.

    Thank you,

Well you followed a guide that is almost 10 years old. Maybe you should follow a guide that is up to date instead of one for Debian 8 and ISPConfig 3.1. I don't think you are using Debian 8 :)
