Please share the installation guide for Torch and Torchvision for Python 3.8 with CUDA support on the Jetson Nano.

(I tried installing it from whell but got an error:
torch-1.10.0a0+git36449ea-cp36-cp36m-linux_aarch64.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform)
