The log shows "CPU TIMEOUT_ERR"

Hello, we are conducting a static test under our own baseplate. The test equipment is fully plugged with USB devices (4 USB 3.0, 2 USB 2.0, 1 type C). Occasionally, there are black screen crashes, keyboard and mouse inactivity, and serial port prints “CPU0 TIMEOUT_ERR”.

Test environment:

  1. Jetpack 6.0
  2. RT kernel is enabled

The register 0x3a080082 from the log is PCIe C5. What PCIe device is in use there?

We connected the Intel I350-AM4 PCIe-to-Ethernet chip to the PCIE C5. We used a 4-Lane connection.

please try this workaround if you are using rel-36.

commenting out tegra_pcie_dw_shutdown inside 3rdparty/canonical/linux-jammy/kernel-source/drivers/pci/controller/dwc/pcie-tegra194.c.
