Comments in source directory sections are included in the output

e.g.
```
hs-source-dirs:
  foo
  -- need to include this too
  bar
```
Gives you a whole bunch of garbage entries like
```
  - path "<component>/--"
    component: <component>
  - path "<component>/need"
    component: <component>
...
```
