Please update package index spec for all published architectures

Fully document the recognized values for the packages[*].tools[*].systems[*].host field of the package index.

Describe the current behavior

Currently Arduino CLI Download has 9 platforms (assuming Windows exe & msi 64 bit are the same) but only 6 are documented in the Package Index Specification.

Even though the requester closed the issue after that reply, I did not consider or intend that response to resolve the request. I am not happy with the current documentation of packages[*].tools[*].systems[*].host in the Arduino Package Index Specification and would like to find a way to improve it.
