Describe the request

Change the label to "Go to Arduino Cloud" and the link to https://app.arduino.cc

Describe the current behavior

When clicking on the Agent icon in the system tray, there is an item labeled "Go to Arduino Create", on click it will open a browser tab on https://create.arduino.cc, which is then redirected to https://app.arduino.cc.
