This PR configures githubs site-maven-plugin to deploy the maven site to the hibernate-tools github page.

The site can be generated locally with mvn site. It provides documentation about all provided goals, parameters and defaults.
To deploy the site to the gh-pages branch of this repository use mvn site-deploy.

This remains to be tested by someone that can actually commit to this repository, because upon site-deploy it will commit to the gh-pages branch.

Let me know if you think there is more to be done before this can be merged.

Hey @koentsje
Any chance for this to get merged anytime?
Because it is quite annoying to not have a proper documentation for the maven plugin.
For the time being I am using the documentation of the old plugin when I have to check something, but it has already diverged in some details.

Let me know if there are things left to be done on this.

Hey @koentsje

I updated this branch to the latest 5.3 branch and did a site deployment on my site: https://stadler.github.io/hibernate-tools

Let me know if you feel there is something left to be done before this could be merged.

The documentation is written but not available?

Please apply, documentation is sorely needed.

Hey @stadler, I finally have included these commits in the 5.3, 5.4 and master streams...
I apologize profusely for the ridiculously long wait.
I will work on the documentation in the upcoming weeks and deploy the generated site in an appropriate location. In any case, thanks a lot for your contribution.
