Saving the product or category in a specific store view overwrites used in info for other scopes

Preconditions

1. Install Magento 2.4-develop with ASI 1.1-develop
2. Enable enhanced media gallery
3. Have several store views
4. Have 2 images in the media gallery

Steps to reproduce (*)

1. Add the first picture to the product/category description
2. Save the product/category
3. Switch to another store view
4. Add the second picture to the product/category description
5. Save the product/category
6. Observe "Used In" information on the View Details panel for the first and the second picture

Expected result (*)

Both pictures should be marked as used in the product/category

Actual result (*)

Only the second picture is marked as used in the product/categroy
