Remove 'indexer:reindex', 'cache:flush' commands and usage of AdminReindexAndFlushCache action group from tests to improve execution for the following modules:

• Bundle
• Catalog
• CatalogRule
• CatalogRuleConfigurable
• CatalogUrlRewrite
• Downloadable
• Indexer
• Paypal
• Sales
