Description (*)

Add states/regions for Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname and Venezuela.

2. Check table directory_country_region for Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname and Venezuela states/regions.
