Remove grunt-autoprefixer NPM depedendency

• Analyze the possible removal of this dependency
• Analyze the possible replacement for this abandoned library if needed
• Describe the impact of these operations
• Perform removal/replacement if possible
• Perform the testing of affected areas (use automated tests if available)
• Provide upgrade recommendations

Release notes

The grunt-autoprefixer npm library has been removed as being deprecated and not maintained anymore. The following grunt-postcss package can be installed and used instead of the removed one.
