We need to fix restriction for colinmollenhour/cache-backend-redis composer dependency have been weaked previously.

Expected result (*)

1. "colinmollenhour/cache-backend-redis": "1.14.2"

Actual result (*)

1. "colinmollenhour/cache-backend-redis": "^1.14"
