Support for Intel Arc HuC firmware

Hello! Is there a specific reason for commenting out Intel MEI modules?

# CONFIG_INTEL_MEI_TXE is not set
# CONFIG_INTEL_MEI_GSC is not set
# CONFIG_INTEL_MEI_VSC_HW is not set
# CONFIG_INTEL_MEI_HDCP is not set
# CONFIG_INTEL_MEI_PXP is not set
# CONFIG_INTEL_MEI_GSC_PROXY is not set

Without these modules you cannot use HuC firmware （needed for oneVPL and QSV on Intel Arc GPUs）

Is it possible to enable these modules?

CONFIG_INTEL_MEI_TXE=m
CONFIG_INTEL_MEI_GSC=m
CONFIG_INTEL_MEI_VSC_HW=m
CONFIG_INTEL_MEI_VSC=m

I'm assuming you are running UEK8 (6.12.0) on OL9. Please let me know if this is correct.
