Is there any route currently that leads to My Account settings?

do you mean revamping /:username/account.
There is no current path /:username/settings defined.

Since this has been dead for a long time, may I take up this issue?

Just to be clear, the objective is to redesign the following view (the input text fields have black background due to OS specific settings)...

Also, a small doubt, the current design gives an impression to users that they can edit their data, by using input fields, although the submit button is disabled, whereas the new design just renders the data on the screen. Is this new design intentional (i.e. giving impression that the user should not be able to edit data)? I don't want to miss out on this functionality while redesigning the account route for the user.
