Add a hidden menu/button before the play button in the nav bar that turns on accessibility features easily. (Such as text and grid output)

@catarak What is the behaviour we're finalizing? Can you please list down the spec in a bit detail?
I can start working on it if it's in priority.

@catarak - this is not included in #508 , this will be along with/after #503
