There is no description of mouseEntered and mousExtied in the references.

More appropriate for JavaDoc.

You might be correct that it is "more appropriate for JavaDoc" but doesn't make it inappropriate for web reference :-) and you did ask "and/or" :-D

We decided to not include mouseEntered and mouseExited in the Web Reference. I'm closing the issue.
