Description

@napsternxg

I am trying to replicate the coal mining disaster model but I keep getting the following error.

TypeError: expected type_num 9 (NPY_INT64) got 7

I even tried specifying the dtypes for all the random variables, to no avail.

My code can be found at: https://github.com/napsternxg/ipython-notebooks/blob/master/PyMC%20Disaster.ipynb

I am running PyMC3 installed from the git branch
Theano is also installed from the git branch

I am using conda environment on Windows 10 with Python 2.7.

Any suggestions are welcome.
