Microsoft Store 3.13a4 package fails to launch

It seems the free-threaded and non-free-threaded build got mixed up, and so the main executable in the package is nogil and looking for the wrong DLL. As a result, it won't launch.

I've pulled the update so it won't reach the store, they'll just stay on 3.13a3 for now. This needs to be fixed before the next alpha.
