I use "njn:" comments like "XXX:" comments, i.e. things I'm supposed to fix up before filing a PR. Occasionally one slips through!

I use "njn:" comments like "XXX:" comments, i.e. things I'm supposed to fix up before filing a PR. Occasionally one slips through!

Tidy reports an error on TODO comments to remind you to resolve all TODO comments.

This is my usual route. But unfortunately I also usually have to change it to lowercase todo or nerf tidy to not complain, since otherwise the PR jobs don't give you a full CI run.
