General compatibility with JDK 8u60 [SPR-13017]

JDK 8 update 60 is scheduled for general availability in August 2015. In the Spring Framework 4.2 timeframe, we need to make sure that the framework is fully runtime-compatible with it and that our build and test suite execute fine on 8u60.

There might be nothing to do here. This ticket is primarily for running tests against an 8u60 RC.

Our 4.x build passes fine on JDK 8u60 b19 now and uses the upgraded Joda-Time 2.8.1 (which fixes an issue on 8u60).
