Python, C/C++, Java, Perl, and LISP. out of these which language should i start learning first. its impossible for me to decide, without any knowledge of these. Please tell me in which order i should learn these and why. If i wanted to be a clever computer programmer(HACKER), which order will i have to learn them in?

Probably not very helpful, but: If you want to be a "clever computer programmer" you need to understand the computer, not a particular language; if you get that, you can use any language...meanwhile, languages, especially languages like Java or C++, just get in the way and prevent you understanding the computer: it's unlikely that anybody who starts with C++ or Java will ever be more than a code monkey, pasting chunks of pre-written code in a fancy IDE they can't live without, who think the number of people who use a language is a measure of its fitness-for-purpose (of course it's really the opposite: popularity = mediocrity!). And Perl is not so much a language as a semantic overlay on line noise. Python is "Lisp for stupid people".

Java is the best of those to start with, if you have absolutely no prior experience.

After that, you'll want to learn C/C++, and then maybe Perl and Lisp later on. Python is pretty much useless.

i recommend python ....java and other programing languages are too stricted and you need to learn a lot of staff....in python everything is simply and easy...and you can make big programs easy and fast

I would start with c++ even though it has a very steep learning curve but it helps alot with learning other languages but you would need at least 6 months to just get comfortable with c++ but it'll all be worth it in the long run.

Next I would say Java then C then Python but it doesnt really matter what the order is after you learn c++

Good Luck!

Python first, for its simplicity, then C++. The other languages don't matter when it comes to order.

C/C++ I think is the most common place to start, people say it's easier to lean the others of you learn that first.

I think Html or Java would work, Java is quite fun to work with.
