feat(firebase): update the api
#### firebase:v1beta1 The following keys were added: - schemas.AndroidApp.properties.expireTime (Total Keys: 3) - schemas.FirebaseAppInfo.properties.expireTime (Total Keys: 3) - schemas.IosApp.properties.expireTime (Total Keys: 3) - schemas.WebApp.properties.expireTime (Total Keys: 3)
