How would I correctly report an issue with beta releases?

I found an issue with rust-beta and I'm unsure if I reported it the right way.

I created a this ticket cargo +beta clippy fails with "error: could not compile" · Issue #8338 · rust-lang/rust-clippy · GitHub because clippy is having the problem. Is this the right place or should I report it somewhere else?

Feel free to open a rust-lang/rust issue for the regression, then we can label it to be tracked for the release.
