What are the steps to complete my application?
You need to fill out the online form, submit your motivation letter, resume and portfolio, and then proceed to the Online Test.

What do I need to prepare to register?
You must prepare your motivation letter, resume and portfolio for submission.

Can I apply without submitting a motivation letter, resume or portfolio?
No, all documents are mandatory to proceed to the Online Test.

Can foreigners apply?
Foreign applicants can apply only to the Apple Developer Academy @ BINUS, Bali.

How many times can I apply per year?
You can apply once per year to each Academy.

Can I apply to more than one Academy?
Yes, you can apply to multiple Academy. You are limited to selecting up to three Academies.

Can I transfer to a different Academy location after being accepted?
No, each location has its own regulations, and transfers are not allowed.

Is there an age limit to apply?
There is no maximum age limit; however, applicants must be at least 18 years old by the time the academy starts.

Can I participate in the program if I'm a university student?
Yes, as long as you can fit the academy schedule.

Can this program be converted into university course credits?
This depends on your university and department policies.

Can I register if I work full-time (Monday–Friday)?
Yes, as long as you can fit the academy schedule.

I am an alumni of or am currently in an Apple Developer Academy, can I still apply for Infinite Learning, Batam?
No. Applicants cannot be previous or existing Apple Developer Academy participants.

What is the selection process?
The selection process includes Online Test and Online Interview.

What language is the test in?
The test is in Bahasa Indonesia. However if one of your Academy choices is Apple Developer Academy @ BINUS Bali, the test will be conducted in English.

When will the Online Test take place?
The test will be sent via email 1-2 weeks after the application batch closes. Check your email regularly.

What will be tested in the Online Test?
The test evaluates basic programming and cognitive skills.

What happens if I miss the Online Test?
You cannot continue with your application and must reapply next year.

Do I need to take the test multiple times if I apply to multiple Academies?
No, you take the Online Test once, but separate interviews will be conducted for each Academy.

How is the Interview conducted?

Interview in Apple Developer Academy @ Infinite Learning, Batam will be conducted online and Apple Developer Academy @ BINUS, Bali as well.
Interview in Apple Developer Academy @ BINUS, Tangerang & Apple Developer Academy @ UC, Surabaya conducted onsite (offline).

The interview will assess your creativity, inquisitive learning, collaboration, communication, and motivation.

What is a Portfolio?
A Portfolio showcases your best work or projects as evidence of your passion and skills. You may submit up to five projects, including (but not limited to) digital products, artworks, entrepreneurial ventures, case studies, or innovative solutions you have developed. Your Portfolio helps us assess your expertise and abilities. Please check the Resume & Portfolio requirements here.

Are the program conducted online or offline?
The program will be conducted onsite (offline) at Apple Developer Academy @ Infinite Learning, Batam.

How long is the program?
The program lasts for 10-month program, starting from March and ending in December.
Learners are required to commit to 4 hours learning activities per day during the designated hours they have chosen.

There are 2 (two) sessions available:

Morning: Mon-Thu (08:30-12:30 WIB), Fri (08:30-11:30 WIB)
Afternoon: Mon-Thu (13:30-17:30 WIB), Fri (14:00-17:00 WIB)

Can I switch from the morning session to the afternoon session?

No, once you select a session, you must stay in that session for the entire program.

Are the Apple Developer Academy programs free?
Yes, all programs are free of charge. There are no application fee, administration fee, or any monthly fee.

Can I enroll in the Developer Academy without an Apple device?
Yes, Apple Academy provides a MacBook and iPhone on loan for the duration of the program.

Can I join if I don’t know how to code?
Yes, applicants from all backgrounds are welcome. Coding experience is not required.

If I’m not fluent in English, is that a problem?
No, you’ll have opportunities to improve your English while collaborating with others in the program.

Can I discontinue my participation in the program?
The program requires full commitment. Dropping out midway is discouraged.

What will I learn during the program?
The curriculum includes:

Coding (Swift programming)
UI/UX design
Project management
Business skills
Collaboration in app development
Professional skills

Will I receive a certificate after graduation?

Yes, graduates receive a certificate of completion.
