After leaving the RAF after 29 years service, I went into partnership with John Kirk and we formed a telecomms company which evolved into the current company Linctel Ltd
I became a co-director of Linctel as operations director. As a young telecomms company starting out with providing low cost outbound calls, we moved into the field of 0800 numbers providing the service for SMEs. As we grew we added 0845 and 0870 numbers to our portfolio and have ended up being a specialist inbound call service provider. Many of our products have a web based call management control panel enabling the customer to manage the routing and view their call stats for themselves.
