Things you need to have: At least 10+ years of Oracle data architecture experience Strong backend DB skills. It would be great if you also had: Exceptional communication skills to coordinate among multiple teams to gather/analyze information. What you will be doing: Need to analyze the existing RSD applications among others. Come up with recommendation on simplification of the existing systems.
