The document discusses integrating the Amazon Cloud with the g-Eclipse framework. It defines the visions of grid and cloud computing and how they are similar. It describes how g-Eclipse currently supports grid middleware and the goal of integrating Amazon Web Services (AWS) to allow management of AWS cloud resources from within g-Eclipse.
