- 2. Enterprise Introduction In this slide, we’ll discuss on how to add customer note in Odoo 18 POS module. Customer Notes in Odoo 18 POS allow you to add specific instructions or information related to individual order lines or the entire order. These notes can be displayed on receipts and invoices, providing valuable context for both you and your customers.
- 3. Enterprise To manage with the customer note, we can dive into the PoS module and open register of any point of sale.
- 4. Enterprise By providing the opening cash, we can click on the Open Register button to enter into the PoS session.
- 5. Enterprise In the session, we can add products to the order and then click on Actions button to add the customer note.
- 6. Enterprise Among the actions, we can choose the Customer Note option.
- 7. Enterprise In the pop up, we can add the customer note for that product and then click Apply.
- 8. Enterprise In the orderline, we can see the Customer note we added. Next by clicking on Payment, we can proceed with the payment.
