- 2. Enterprise Introduction In this slide, we’ll discuss on how to manage upselling in Odoo 18 Sales module. Upselling in Odoo is a powerful sales technique that allows you to increase the average order value by suggesting additional or more premium products or services to your customers. Odoo provides several tools and strategies to effectively implement upselling:
- 3. Enterprise To manage the upselling, we need to ensure that the product has the invoicing policy as ordered quantities.
- 4. Enterprise Now we can create a quotation with that product having invoicing policy as ordered quantity and choose the quantity as 2 and then click on Confirm button to make it to sale order.
- 5. Enterprise After confirming to sale order, we can create invoice by clicking on Create invoice button.
- 6. Enterprise Now we have created the invoice for two quantities and to post the invoice we can click on Confirm button.
- 7. Enterprise Next we can deliver the product, for that we can click on the Delivery smart tab.
- 8. Enterprise Here we can change the quantity to 4 and validate the transfer. So now the demanded quantity is two and we have delivered four quantity, which is an upselling strategy. If the customer accepts the product, we can increase our sales by upselling.

- 11. Enterprise If we open it, we can see that we have delivered 4 quantity and only 2 quantity is invoiced.
- 12. Enterprise So to create invoice for the remaining quantities, we can change the quantity to four. Now the Create invoice button is highlighted and we can create invoice for remaining quantity
