This document describes a forest fire detection and alerting system that uses sensors and IoT technology. The system is intended to detect forest fires using sensors like a flame detector, gas sensor, sound detection sensor and temperature sensor connected to an Arduino board. When a fire is detected, the system will send alert messages using a GSM or WiFi module to nearby areas like hospitals and fire stations. The system has advantages like low power consumption and providing an effective safety system. It can automatically trigger alerts. However, it also risks false alarms being triggered when no fire is actually present. The overall goal of the system is to help detect forest fires early and solve the problem before it worsens through sending timely alerts.
