This document discusses an improved fuzzy c-clustering recursive genetic algorithm (ts-fold++) that integrates Bayesian function adaptation to enhance the search capabilities and avoid premature convergence. The proposed method utilizes an early-stage search using fuzzy c-clustering to establish a strong initial point, followed by a Bayesian adaptation in the later stages to explore alternative solutions beyond local optima. Simulation results indicate that the algorithm offers better calculation accuracy and stability compared to previous methods.
