This paper develops a hybrid digital watermarking algorithm that utilizes singular value decomposition (SVD) combined with wavelet transforms for embedding watermarks in still images, balancing imperceptibility and robustness. The proposed method employs a scale factor to control watermark strength and is designed to resist malicious attacks, backed by experimental results demonstrating its effectiveness.
