Look around yourself, someone other than you might fail ;) I have a feeling that this would be my first 100% passing batch Last quarter, 250 students passed / were trained The co-trainer (or me) uses the assessment sheet (show them the sheet) to assess participants on the first point. We have to send this report daily to UTM on all 3 / 5 days of training. Also we have calls in the evening with UTM where this might get discussed. On the first day itself, we would know who is passing on behavioral assessment and who is not. We do not wait till 3rd day.
