Organize the orientation changes into clear categories for clock-wise,
counter clock-wise, and 180 degree changes.
Remove older SDK version guards since they're not supported anymore.
Use QTRY_COMPARE() to check for the screen sizes instead of expecting
the size to already be evaluated already by the time we receive the
orientation change signal.
