The private implementation already uses QByteArrayView, so the fix is

QHttpHeaders uses QASV for the header name field, and this aligns
these functions with that. Furthermore having QASV as a parameter
will allow a wider range of string types to be passed as a
parameter (convenience).

In d12afeff4097dd78f1311511e0c8f74e1a810d47, the default redirect policy was
changed to NoLessSafeRedirectPolicy (from ManualRedirectPolicy), and this was
reworded from:
This signal is emitted if the QNetworkRequest::FollowRedirectsAttribute was
set in the request [...]
(i.e.: Qt handles redirect, no manual handling) to:
This signal is emitted if the QNetworkRequest::ManualRedirectPolicy was
set in the request [...]
(i.e.: User handles redirect, no handling by Qt), which is exactly the wrong way
around. Only if Qt handles the redirect, it's able to send a signal about it.
If the user handles redirects, they would get the RedirectionTargetAttribute in
response to the finished() signal.
Also see tst_QNetworkReply::ioHttpSingleRedirect(): It sets
NoLessSafeRedirectPolicy (default since Qt 6) and then ensures the "redirected"
signal has been emitted.

Not following redirects is not a feature, but just a hastle for everyone.
The main issue with switching this default is that applications that
actually do manual redirect handling will break in various ways.
FollowRedirectsAttribute was removed as it no longer serves any
purpose beyond duplicating the default value.
[ChangeLog][Network] QNetworkAccessManager now follows redirects by
default with the NoLessSafeRedirectPolicy.
[ChangeLog][Potentially Source-Incompatible Changes]

This reverts commit ccb2cb84f535b0bfce19a95d7f3a36803480cae8 and
commit 0f568d0a671e9f0667a1b47ffa6fbb9f7a10d9f5.
The patches fix ambiguity between a getter and a signal by changing the
getter name, but we still have to rename the signal to follow the signals
naming convention.
Revert the commits to keep the getter as is and change the signal name instead.

HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) is a web security policy that
allows a web server to declare that user agents should only interact
with it using secure HTTPS connections. HSTS is described by RFC6797.
This patch introduces a new API in Network Access Manager to enable
this policy or disable it (default - STS is disabled).
We also implement QHstsCache which caches known HTTS hosts, does
host name lookup and domain name matching; QHstsHeaderParser to
parse HSTS headers with HSTS policies.
A new autotest added to test the caching, host name matching
and headers parsing.
[ChangeLog][QtNetwork] Added HTTP Strict Transport Security to QNAM

This commit adds support for following HTTP redirect responses on a per
request basis.
This behavior is disabled by default. It can be switched on by
setting the QNetworkRequest::FollowRedirectAttribute to true.
2 new error codes have been added to QNetworkReply:
* TooManyRedirectsError: Set when the number of redirects exceed a
given value set by the user (defaults to 50 if not set)
* UnsecureRedirectError: Set when we are redirecting from a 'https'
to 'http' protocol.
Test cases for the following scenarios:
* Single HTTP redirect using local test server
* Changing max-redirects
* Testing all redirect related error scenarios
The next commit will extend this feature at a QNAM level.

A few more HTTP status codes from the 4xx and 5xx series have been
added to QNetworkReply::NetworkError.
For content errors, the following codes have been added:
1. 409 - Resource Conflict
2. 410 - Resource Gone
For server related errors, the following codes have been added:
1. 500 - Internal Server Error
2. 501 - Operation Not Implemented
3. 503 - Service Unavailable
Few of the above codes are quite possible when communicating with REST
based services.
NOTE:
=====
* HTTP error status 400 is interpreted as
QNetworkReply::ProtocolInvalidOperationError.
* QNetworkReply::UnknownServerError is returned for all server related
errors (5xx) not listed above.
[ChangeLog][QtNetwork][QNetworkReply] Added more (specific) HTTP status
codes to NetworkError enum.
