* removed headers from NO_UNITY_BUILD_SOURCES, as that has no effect on headers
* add the public headers to the embree3 target to populate IDEs
* use PUBLIC_INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES to propagate include directories
downstream instead of adding them.
* apply all properties in a single qt_internal_add_3rdparty_library call
* remove ATTRIBUTION_FILE_DIR_PATHS, as it's not necessary anymore'
