Bug 53650 - Add a BACKTRACE macro to Assertions.h

Reviewed by Sam Weinig.

Add a BACKTRACE macro to Assertions.h, which will print a backtrace on
debug Mac builds, make CRASH (and thus ASSERT) automatically call this.
